Our weekly Tenant Action Clinic is back in-person at our South Central office, located at 152 W. 32nd St., Los Angeles, CA 90007. On Tuesdays from 4 until 7 p.m., SAJE staff will be on-hand to answer questions about evictions, harassment, and other housing issues.

Appointments for the Tenant Action Clinic are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions are approximately an hour long and include a 10-minute presentation on tenant rights. Tenants should bring relevant documentation of their situation with them, including eviction notices, three-, 10-, 15-, 30-, 60-, or 90-day notices, and any notices they have received from a government agency or the property owner.

For the safety of the community and SAJE staff, SAJE is requiring that all tenants show proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations. Only the person who has the appointment is permitted to come; if childcare is not available, they may bring up to one child under the age of seven. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your appointment, as we are attempting to limit the number of people in the office.

In order to schedule your appointment, please call Jackie at (213) 745-9961.
